★★★★★ HOW TO ORDER ★★★★★

1. Measure your image size needed for your transfer.
2. Select the sublimation sheet size that best fits your measurements.
**IMPORTANT SIZING CONSIDERATIONS**
*The image will not print completely to the edge of the paper. There will be a 1/4" border on each print. For example, if you truly need a width of 11 inches, you should select the 8.5 x 14 size. If you select the 8.5 x 11, the image will not print larger that 10.5 inches on the longest side.

*You may gang your images! We cannot gang them for you as we are working to meet our quick shipping times.
3. Select the quantity of prints needed for the image and sheet size you gave in #1 and #2
4. ADD TO CART
5. REPEAT #1-4 until you have all of your needed transfers in the cart.
6. Short on time and need a PRIORITY RUSH? Select the 'Priority Rush' option and Add to Cart. This is a ONE-TIME fee for the entire order. Only add a quantity of 1.
7. CHECKOUT

  1. Our sublimation transfers will ship SEPARATELY from other products on our website.  We take care to ship them to you in a manner that provides the best possibility for them to arrive in perfect condition and ready for pressing with great results!  If you are ordering other products (tees, tumblers, etc.) from our website as well as sublimation transfers, you will receive 2 shipments. Transfers are excluded from free shipping eligibility.
  2. We ship transfers via USPS First Class Mail and Priority Mail. You will receive tracking information at the time the shipping label is printed.  We take great care in ensuring the packages are checked in at the post office, but shipping from that point is out of our hands. Please message us if you are having any trouble with your shipment and we will help you in any way we are able.

★★★★★ GRAPHIC FILE REQUIREMENTS ★★★★★

-Accepted file formats: PNG, PSD, JPG, EPS, SVG, PDF, TIF.

-For best results the resolution should be at 300 dpi or greater

Your transfer will only be as good as the quality of your image. Files under 300 dpi could produce low-quality prints. If you are unsure of your image quality you may send the image(s) to us in advance of ordering by emailing them to hello@beabeam.com with the subject "PLEASE CHECK QUALITY" and we will evaluate your files for you.

-Color Format: RGB

➤ All files should be "PRINT READY". We will not alter your files in any way but we will MIRROR the print image for you unless you state 'DO NOT MIRROR' in your email. 

➤ ***Please provide your own ganged/ grouped graphics. We do NOT charge extra for gang sheets (multiple files on the same sheet). Fill up your transfer area however you need - with the same images, different images or one large image. It is totally up to you!

➤ WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR COPYRIGHT PRINTS NOR DO WE DO YOUR RESEARCH TO SEE IF AN IMAGE IS COPYRIGHT PROTECTED. WE WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY IMAGES/PRINTS THAT ARE SUBJECT TO COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT.

★★★★★ IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT SUBLIMATION ★★★★★

There are so many substrates that can be used with sublimation and also many ways to sublimate on them. Therefore, it is nearly impossible for us to give you sublimation advice for your substrate and sublimation equipment settings. We highly recommend if you do not have a current proven sublimation process, that you do your own research before using sublimation. We are not responsible for results due to sublimation process issues.

A FEW REMINDERS:

➤ SUBLIMATION ON FABRIC: Dye Sublimation works with WHITE or LIGHT COLOR polyester fabrics or hard goods SPECIALLY COATED for dye sublimation technology. Graphics just will not show on darker substrates. 100% polyester will provide the best, most vivid, full color results. Polyester blend fabrics are usable however the results will be a much lighter, more vintage look. The lower the polyester percentage in your fabric, the lighter the graphic will appear.

➤ Dye Sublimation DOES NOT have White ink. Any white in your graphic will be void of color (no ink). *Shirt color will show in white areas of your graphic.

➤ NO IRON!! Sublimation transfers are not iron-on transfers. Fabric sublimation requires a heat press.

➤ We do not provide any advice or recommendations for sublimation products.

➤ Transfers APPEAR DULL WHEN PRINTED but will be VIBRANT WHEN PRESSED.
