We currently ship to the United States.  Many of our products are created when you place your order. Please allow 2-5 business days for processing your order. We are just as excited to get your items to you as you are to receive them. Our beams work extra hard to try to get them ready even faster!

We ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail as well as UPS. All of these methods will create a tracking number for you to track your package once it is in the hands of the carrier. Orders are shipped from South Carolina and shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout. Be aware that most carriers are experiencing sporadic delays at this time. Please make sure that if you are buying an item that you need by a specific date that you are sure to order it in plenty of time for delivery.

APPAREL ITEMS

We want you to be happy with your purchase and beaming your ray of light to others wearing our apparel. Please make sure that when purchasing one of our tees that you read the entire description and refer to all of the photos describing the Unisex Shirt and measure according to the sizing chart.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after the delivery date of your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalized items. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember - it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
